Site installation
Connect the website visitors actually use.
Create one Fendsy Site for each website or storefront, verify its hostname, and publish the Form and consent settings for that Site. A Form can be activated or deactivated independently on each Site in the same workspace.
Shopify theme storefront
- Connect the Shopify store in Fendsy and confirm the store connection is healthy.
- Enable the Fendsy App Embed in the active theme. Use an App Block where an inline placement needs a theme location.
- Check the Site installation state and open the storefront with consent choices to verify that the runtime loads.
The Shopify connection supplies product and confirmed order facts. The storefront pixel reports browsing, cart, and checkout intent only. A checkout-completed browser event is not proof of a confirmed order.
Headless Shopify or another website
Verify the exact host under Settings → Websites, then add this public loader once to the site shell. Replace the example with the Public Site ID shown for that Site.
<script async
src="https://cdn.fendsy.com/onsite/v1/loader.js"
data-fendsy-site-id="site_public_id_here"></script>The Public Site ID is safe in browser markup. Keep developer API keys on your server. Popup Forms need no extra markup. Inline Forms need their published anchor at the intended location. Headless cart, checkout, and coupon actions need the host commerce adapter before the loader starts.
For headless Shopify, keep the Shopify store connection as the authority for confirmed orders. For an ordinary commerce site, submit confirmed orders from your server with a scoped key after your checkout accepts them.
Check the live result
- Confirm that the intended Site reports a verified runtime observation.
- Publish the Site notice and Form, then activate the Form on that Site.
- Open the exact verified host, exercise consent and Form display, and inspect the resulting receipt.
Finding the loader in HTML alone does not prove that a visitor saw a Form. See Consent and privacy and confirmed orders for the separate data gates.
